Our client in skincare industry (Clinic - Foreign Company). They are looking for high qualified candidate: Branch Director
Reports to: CEO
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh
a. Lead the Company Sales process including:
- Set and review annual sales plans by clinic, customer number (new & current) and conversion rate.
- Strategize the clinic sales plan
- Leads the implementation, at clinic level, the sales marketing plan.
- Reports to the Executive Board team daily on sales performance and action plan.
b. Lead the MARKETING process including:
- Plan, implement and monitor effective marketing plans to achieve ROI: 1. New Patients 2. Conversion Rate 3. Renewals
- Present Marketing Budget to the Board for approval. Indicated ROI (Return of Investment) versus spending
- Marketing plan to include 1.Branding 2.Tactical 3.Corporate
- Marketing include effective packages to plan to achieve Point 1 and 3
- Effective communication to all sale staff
c. Business Development role:
- Build up and implement co-branding programs effectively
- Develop company sales strategy & sales business plan & marketing plans
- Manage and monitor subordinates to achieve company target;
- Set up/monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for subordinates
- Motivate. train and coach all staffs at clinic levels (except medical expertise of doctors) to develop further competencies, identify talents and develop staff potential including training plans
- Use customer data to analyze and improve business performance
- Identify, analyze and disseminate significant market intelligence which will contribute to development of profitable business plans
- Develop and propose new packages to BOD for better sale to achieve revenue target
- Develop relationship with partners and relevant authorities in order to secure new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit to the BOM and other Sales & BD Managers including but not limited to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports, plans, forecasts, updates on: working plan, sales volume, debt collection, market behavior and competitors’ activities, customer data …
- Be responsible to ensure the healthy growth of the sales to achieve the set target
- Work closely with other related departments for effective operation
